And thanks for visiting our site.

The TUG was started by a several retired military officers in Hawai'i in 1988. We are the oldest, continuously operating PC computer group in the Islands. Our membership is open to anyone with an interest in computers and computing. We have dues paying members on the mainland and in foreign countries. Our membership is approximately 125.

Dues are $20 per year and help pay for the preparation and mailing of our award winning monthly newsletter, called, appropriately enough, The TUG, and the door prizes we give away at our monthly meeting.

Our Group has two meetings per month. The regular meeting is held on the first Saturday. The Windows Special Interest Group meets on the fourth Saturday. Speakers, topics and changes in schedules are published in the TUG newsletter and on this site.

The regular meeting is held at the Oahu Veterans Center in Foster Village and starts at 10AM. We usually disperse at Noon. The WIN SIG is held at 999 Wilder Ave. and also runs from 10AM to Noon. Maps to both locations are provided on the Schedule page.

If you would like to join our Group, please download an application. It's on the Newsletter and membership Application page. You do not have to be a member to attend our meetings but you must be a member in order to receive the monthly newsletter and to be eligible for our monthly drawings.

We are also a member of the international Association of PC User Groups (APCUG)

If you're visiting the islands during the time of our meetings, E Komo Mai, Welcome.

Check back often to see what's on the schedule for our meetings.
